Dabei hat das Wochenende schon recht gut angefangen. Mit den CliniClowns. War mit Sohn 2 in der Kinderambulanz des örtlichen KH um sicherzugehen, dass wir uns nicht den grassierenden Scharlach-Partys angeschlossen haben - man muss ja nicht überall mitmachen.
Da heute zufällig grad Tag der offenen Tür im KH war, haben sie auch die CliniClowns rausgelassen und die sind wie eine Naturgewalt im Wartezimmer aufgetaucht. Es war wirklich lustig! Die kleinen hustenden, fiebrigen, raunzenden und allgemein sehr unlustigen Gschrappen sind mit großen Augen und offenen Mündern dagestanden, zunehmend aufgetaut und hatten richtig Spaß. Und die geplagten Eltern auch! Was so ein kleinen bisschen Lachen gleich für einen Unterschied macht.

1. Pick up all the trash in an area in your hometown; be its guardian. Tell others about it.

3. Offer a shoulder or foot rub in any environment.

5. Go once a week on a "house call" to a nursing home to cheer people up as a friend.
6. Turn off your TV and become interesting. Perform yourself.

8. Find ways to need a whole lot less money; share beyond belief.
9. Have potlucks frequently, with neighbors, co-workers, strangers. Work toward living in extended families.
